Given its high-quality products, Rush Brush needed to build an online store that’s not only able to support its retail operation in more than 10 countries around the world but also a platform that is advanced enough to handle the company’s different operations & most importantly its billing system.

We found ourselves facing the challenge of building an eCommerce website that achieves Rush Brush’s goals and takes its fully manual operations to a new automated online system.

Solution


Phase 1: Building a tailor-made online store

From the very first moment our team at Buzlin started working on building that massive online store for Rush Brush, they took a vow to utilize all the latest & greatest tools to make it easy for Rush Brush to reach its customers, achieve its sales goals, and make the burden of managing its whole retail process as easy as possible.

When Rush Brush team started doing business, they were selling their products through their Facebook page. But as the brand started getting recognized and the orders kept going up, the need for a professional easy-to-use online store was necessary more than ever. It was hard to manage all these orders from different clients in different countries while providing a good customer service.

That’s where Buzlin stepped in!

Our first solution to the promising company’s problem was crafting an eCommerce store from scratch.

Our team hit the ground running by analyzing the business cycle of the company and we tailored the online store to demonstrates all the amazing products that Rush Brush has to offer its customers while empowering its team to provide remarkable customer service by accessing key analytics & reports.

As our developers worked on developing the eCommerce website & its integrated platform (back-end), our photography team was collecting Rush Brush products and taking professional high-resolution pictures of them, all captured inside of our professional studio at Buzlin.

The result of these photo sessions was lots of great product pictures that Rush Brush used on their website, on their social media, and also in banners for various purposes.

By the time we finished developing the online store for the brand, they were finally able to show their products in high-res photos, update their collection whenever needed, and more importantly, provide unique customer service to their customers.

Phase 2: Brand transformation at the click of a Button

Another problem that was slowing Rush Brush down was the fact that a huge chunk of their sales & follow up process was done manually, especially the part when their accountants had to manually revise every order’s receipt and send any discrepancies to the courier company to inquire about them.

This part was painstaking, hectic, and it used to waste a lot of time and effort. Rush Brush needed a fast dynamic solution that cuts it short & saves the company much of its valuable time.

To tackle this barrier, we knew that “back-end” was the name of the game. We focused our efforts on building a solution that reviews all the receipts and tells the employee responsible in case there were any discrepancies.

After integrating that solution into the eCommerce system Buzlin built for Rush Brush, the company changed the way it processes receipts by integrating their new eCommerce system with the one the courier company uses.

Once the courier company sends orders receipts to Rush Brush, the system automatically compares the orders sheet with the relevant receipts and if it found any discrepancies, it sends an E-mail to the employees responsible at Rush Brush, and to the courier company’s team as well.

This minor, yet innovative solution that Buzlin successfully implements for Rush Brush has helped the company put its receipts follow up on auto-pilot, save time, and lower its expenses.

Phase 3: Breaking the old time-consuming pattern

Following up on customers’ orders can be a true hassle, even if you have an online store already in motion.

If your company needs to follow up on the status of a certain order, then it is either “pending” or “confirmed.”

That’s the case with most the world's leading online store development & order management systems, but...it’s definitely not the case with Buzlin!

Again, the back-end is the name of the game, and that’s why we broke down the ordinary “confirmed” status into 4 different labels as part of our Advanced Order Management System (OMS) that makes it super easy for companies to track the current status of any order.

With the help of our Advanced OMS, Rush Brush could easily see whether the order is Ready for Hub, At Hub, Out for Delivery, or even Complete!

The unique feature empowered Rush Brush to follow each order and prevent any bottlenecks possible, which ultimately helped provide better-quality service.

Additionally, Buzlin completely revamped Rush Brush’s analytics tracking, which had previously been extremely hard to pertain. With our help, Rush Brush was able to adjust its analytics benchmarks and report results more accurately.
